    RETURN & EXCHANGE

    Sincerely, DMC ​Unique Jewelry offers a 7-day return/exchange on all items, EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS.

    We do not offer refunds.

    RETURN PROCESS

    Notify us by email at dmchandcrafted@gmail.com immediately. Provide your name, 4-digit order number, a photo of the piece you will be returning and the reason for the return.

    Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. Any return requests made after this time will be denied.

    Customers will be responsible for return shipping. If any discounts were applied to your order, that amount will be returned to the store.

    Customers will be sent a return label and must have this scanned in the USPS carrier tracking system within the 7-day window.  

    Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

    Once the item is received and inspected, the selected exchange will be shipped out.

    RETURNED PARCEL due to:

    1) Incorrect or Insufficient Address

    2) Failure to receive and/or pick up from your local post office within the stipulated time frame

    You will be contacted to organize re-delivery.  Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid prior to re-shipping.

    Custom adornments are NOT eligible for a refund or return. Once production has begun, no changes can be made.

    In the event that a customer receives a damaged custom order, please email photos to dmchandcrafted@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery date.

    Production Time: 3-5 business days for non-custom pieces (this does not include shipping time)
    Shipping time ranges 3-5 days for domestic orders.
    This time may vary depending on order volume, holidays and inclement weather.

    CUSTOM ORDERS are made in the order in which they are received.  Please allow 3-5 weeks of production + 1-3 day shipping time.

    We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTY fees
    International customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties and import fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.  By purchasing from Sincerely Antoinette, you agree to this policy.

    Refusal to cover the custom/ duties for international packages are at risk of being abandoned. Once an order is irretrievable, we are no longer held responsible. This means, customers will not receive a refund for items purchased.

    When International packages are returned back to us due to refusal, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from customer's refund.  Shipping is nonrefundable.

    CUSTOMS DELAYS
    International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

    LOST, STOLEN or DELAYED Packages

    IF YOUR ORDER SHOWS A DELIVERED STATUS AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
    IF YOUR ITEM SHOWS IN TRANSIT FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME
    CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING CARRIER OR CALL THEM DIRECTLY. THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SHOULD PROVIDE YOU WITH A SEARCH ID OR A CASE #

    EMAIL US ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE MADE CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE CARRIER AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ANSWERS YOU NEED. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE CASE # OR SEARCH ID.

    ONCE ITEMS HAVE LEFT OUR FACILITY, WE ARE NOT IN CONTROL AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES.
